Bookings and reservations made through our website are requests and not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our team.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled date and time so we can offer the spot to someone else.
For party bookings, deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date within 30 days, subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
